The New Year is upon us and I don’t know about you guys, but I DESPERATELY need to organize my time. Well, if I’m being honest, every aspect of my life, really. This realization came to me when I wandered yet again through the store without a goal and left without the item I needed in the first place! A lightbulb went off as that happened for the 8767th time in my life, and I realized the kick ass women who make lists and plan their days MUST BE on to something! My mind can only do so much remembering (aka not all of it!).
Here are some amazing tools to help you (and me) learn how to organize your time like a boss:
For the entrepreneur:
If you own your own business, online shop, or blog, you probably understand what I mean when I say there’s SO much to do and seemingly not enough time to do it. From posting articles or items in your shop, to promoting them on every social media platform, to comments, networking, emails, and marketing.. there’s a LOT to do and the right tools to organize your time can really make the difference between constantly feeling behind, and taking control of your chaos!
Blog Planner by Heart and Arrow Design
Every week day is listed (weekends are slow for blogs, anywho), and beneath them, you can check off as you complete writing your post, adding images, proofing and editing, scheduling, and posting to social media platforms. There’s also a box to fill out some details about the post. At the bottom (on the weekend) is a spot for inspiration, ideas, and adventures, and some check boxes for replying to comments and reading other blogs! Shop this notepad HERE (the shop is on vacation right now, but my fingers are crossed she will be back with this planner in 2016!).

For the busy mother:
Grocery List by Brittany Garner Design
I love BGD because Brittany is hilarious and colourful, both in her designs and her personality, and she doesn’t disappoint with this colour-coded grocery list. I have never meal planned and never made a grocery list.. I often end up having to go back across the store for things I forgot! Clearly not productive. So this is number one on my New Year, New Me must haves list. Shop this list HERE.
Simplified Planner by Emily Ley
I have been drooling over these planners for the last two years and I haven’t pulled the trigger.. I’ve done the paper planner thing, and I end up using them for a week and then forgetting they exist. But not in 2016, guys! In 2016 I’m gonna use it, WELL, and I’m gonna be organized! I’m either going to use a planner like this Emily Ley one (which you can shop HERE) OR, I’m going to get…
Weekly Planner Pad by Me & My Big Ideas
This seems easier for me to fill considering I don’t do much outside of blogging and family stuff (although I’d like to get more involved in fun things for 2016.. you know, maybe volunteer for something)! But for blog/work stuff it would be perfect. I love the way this planner pad looks full, and it’s one less thing to carry around – it can just stay on my desk. If you’re anything like me you’ll probably love it, too. Shop this weekly planner HERE.
For your planner:
Every beautiful planner needs some washi and stickers, every good planner knows THAT. But there are some stickers that can help you organize aspects of your life IN your planner which is helping you organize aspects of your life. Sorta like a planning and organization inception, if you will.
Bill tracker stickers by Planner Stickers Jubilo
This shop has stickers for anything you could possibly imagine (garbage nights, dentist appointments, coffee dates, etc.), these are just my favourites and the ones I really NEED. But guys, they even wine glass stickers! Gotta track those girl’s nights (and count down to them) somehow, am I right? Shop bill stickers HERE.
Hydrate planner stickers by Stickerpalooza
I don’t know about you guys but I just can NOT remember to drink my 8-10 glasses of water per day. I drink what I can, but I’m sure I’m nowhere near what I need to be drinking to improve my health AND my skin. So that’s yet another goal for me for 2016, and these handy stickers could really help. Stickerpalooza also have a bunch of other great stickers like churches, weather, and holidays. Shop hydration stickers HERE.
