DIY FABRIC SCRAP GARLAND
COURTESY OF ANNIE @ THE REAL HOUSEWIFE OF FRESNO!
WHAT YOU NEED
- Fabric (Every 10″ of completed garland will require 14 fabric strips)
- Fabric Scissors
- Cut the fabric into 2″ strips and about 22″ long.
2. Cut ribbon to desired length. I attached mine to bed posts to assemble the garland.
3. Fold a fabric strip in half, open the loop, pull the opposite ends of the fabric strip thru the loop around your ribbon, and tighten into a knot. Repeat with each strip, sliding them close together, until you reach your desired length.
