As a stay at home mom and blogger, one of the things I can do to provide for my family is accept sponsorship and products from companies in exchange for reviews or promotion on my Instagram feed, Facebook page, and blog. It’s an exchange of talents, and it’s very common with bloggers right now. One thing I can promise and guarantee to YOU as a reader, however, is that I will NEVER accept sponsorship or provide a dishonest review of products from a shop that I wouldn’t consider choosing for my own family, or for myself. That means I chose to work with a shop because I was interested in their products. If my review is negative, that is because I was not impressed with the product after using it. If my review is positive, it is honestly because I loved and was impressed with the product using it. That is a promise and will NEVER change on this blog.
How old are you?
How old is/are your little(s)?
I have a 2 year old son
Have you lived in Toronto your whole life?
Yes, born and raised. I love Toronto.
What did you do for work before you had your son?
Before having my son in 2012, I was the Visual Director for a high profile skate/surf/snowboarding company. I absolutely loved working in the action sports fashion industry – fast paced and always changing.
What are your favourite things to do when you have free time?..besides work on your clothing of course!
Between my son and my business I have very little free time, but I have to admit that I’m a little bit of a reality TV junkie (definitely a guilty pleasure).
What’s your favourite place in Toronto that people might not know about who don’t live there or visit often?
The #1 thing I love about Toronto is the food – living in such a diverse city there is no shortage of great places to eat and they often don’t break the bank. I also love visiting the Bata Shoe Museum on Bloor – it’s an unusual and unique attraction in Toronto and let’s face it……it’s all about shoes!!!
